Do you take walk-ins?

Sorry, no walk-ins. We work by appointment only.
Here’s why:

1. Low Overhead = Competitive Prices. Because we are only in-office for appointments, we save money on things like electricity and can pass these savings on to you.

2. Security and Convenience. Working by appointment only means that we won’t be rushing off to take care of other customers, so you have our undivided attention during your visit. You can ask questions, get answers, and make informed decisions about your jewelry in a no-pressure environment.

3. We Can Prepare Beforehand. Because we know you will be visiting, we can do things like perform market research and set up specialized equipment before your arrival. This ensures a quick and easy selling process for all parties.

To make an appointment, please give us a call or text/email us with photos of the items you wish to sell. Same-day appointments may be available!

Why do you ask for photos?

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Photos allow us to gather information about the item’s composition, size, age, condition, designer, and so much more.

Whenever possible, photos also allow us to make tentative offers and referrals over the phone. This saves time, money, and headache.

How much do you pay?

While factors like materials, condition, age, and designer must be taken into consideration, generally we can pay…

Up to 85% of the spot market value for pre-owned jewelry and precious metals.

Up to 90% of the spot market value for bullion.

What does "Spot Market Value" mean?

The term “Spot Market Value” refers to the current, real-time market price of an asset.

Just like stocks, the price of gold, silver, and other precious metals is constantly changing. We use the Spot Market Value to help determine the value of your items and, subsequently, how much you’ll get paid.

Do you pay cash?

While we may be able to offer cash for smaller transactions, we generally offer payment via check.

For security purposes, we do not process Venmo, Cashapp, or other peer-to-peer payment methods at this time.

Do you buy diamonds / gemstones?

We do!
As a GIA Graduate Gemologist, Aunty Erin is able to buy a wide variety of diamonds and gemstones at competitive prices.

That being said, you should be aware that we will not be able to buy every stone. You should also be aware that prices for gemstones vary greatly. Total values will largely depend on each stone's unique characteristics (cut, color, clarity, size, etc.) and current market demands.

Call us today or text/email us with photos of your gemstones to see how we can help!

Do you buy lab-grown stones?

Occasionally.

Generally, there is no secondary-market-value for lab-grown gems. That being said, depending on the characteristics of the stone you are selling (condition, cut, color, clarity, etc.) we may still be able to help you.
