  • 2. Wait For a Response.

    We usually respond within the hour.
    If you contact us outside normal business hours, you will hear from us the following business day.
    If we have questions about certain items or need clarification, we will reach out to you.
    If possible, we will make a tentative offer through your chosen contact method.

  • 3. Make an Appointment.

    Schedule a convenient time to bring your items to our office.
    We will inspect your items and perform any testing/authentications while you watch.
    We can then make a firm offer based on our findings.

    Once your appointment is made, we will send you a confirmation with directions to our office.
    For mobile services (i.e. mobile appraisals) you will need to disclose the location where services will be performed (i.e. bank with safety deposit box) before your appointment can be confirmed.

  • 4. Get Paid!

    If you accept our offer, you will walk out with a check or cash, depending on the transaction amount.
