Give your jewelry a new lease on life with 4 easy steps:

1. Send Photos.
Text photos of your items along with a brief description of what you would like to have done (i.e. resize, reset stone, polish, etc.) to:

2. Wait For a Response.
We usually respond within the hour.
If you contact us outside normal business hours, you will hear from us the following business day.
If we have questions about certain items or need clarification, we will reach out to you.
If possible, we will give you a tentative estimate through your chosen contact method.
*If we are unable to help you, or know of professionals that can better meet your needs, we will do our best to refer you* -
3. Make an Appointment.
Schedule a convenient time to bring your items to our office.
We will inspect your items and give recommendations regarding their specific needs.
At this time, we can give a firm estimate for the cost of any repairs/services.
If your items can be serviced in our offices, we will do so while you wait.
For more extensive services, we will try to give you an estimate of how long your items will be in our care. -
4. Pick Up.
When your service is complete, we will reach out via your preferred contact method to schedule an appointment for pick up.
